He added that the delegation of PFC learned new skills and techniques to produce the furniture according to the standard of International market.

Mian Kashif said that there are many small furniture industries that require funding to compete in the international market. To fulfill their needs Government must support them as these furniture companies can generate a good revenue for the Economy. He said that this business tour to the UK was a great success and such tours are really helpful in making the Furniture of Pakistan prominent in International Market. He said such tours are really helpful in generating export revenue up to $1billion annually in the international market.

Mian Kashif added: PFC is planning a strategy that will create more than $850 million export by the end of this year. He said TDAP (Trade Development Authority Pakistan) must support the exporters at international furniture exhibitions.
